REFILOE MABASO is South African Information Knowledge Management Professional. She is currently a Senior Manager: Information and Knowledge Management at Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS); this is a key strategic position within ATNS to drive and position Knowledge Management as a key competency for the organization. She has more than twenty years’ experience in Information and Knowledge Management field and have been exposed to operations in various forms of business from medium to large corporate organizations including academic, non-government organizations and government organizations. Her involvement in Information and Knowledge Management Strategy field goes back to the early 1990’s, playing a dominant role in system design and implementation for Information and Knowledge Management Systems. She lectured Knowledge Management for MBA students at UNISA School of Business Leadership. Recently completed a General Management Program and Board Leadership Core Program
